Flexibility
"Bosch Engineering offers a very flexible time management system. Instead of core time we have something called functional time. This means that everybody can allot time for business pretty much as they please. There are days I get to work at 6 am, on other days it’s 9 am. I can adjust my working hours, depending on the project I’m working on, to fit my private life."
