The work-life balance concept at Bosch Engineering in China helps our associates to design their working hours flexibly. It includes flexitime and part-time hours, as well as the possibility of a home office. Together with you, we find the solution that creates the right balance for you and for us.

Flexible Working
Flexitime means more flexibility for you. If you work more hours for a while, you can use the time built up when you need it.
We offer part-time work in various models. You can agree your working times individually with us. As a part-time associate you naturally benefit from the same advancement measures as your full-time colleagues.
You can complete many of your tasks from home. We offer you the possibility of working for us from home or on-site in a fixed rotation.
Career and Family
The flexible working hours present many possibilities for adapting to your personal life phases. Take some nursing care time if you have to care for relatives, or use the parental leave concept.
Taking up a position abroad also shouldn’t separate you from your family or interfere with your partner’s career. That’s why we try to find a suitable job for your other half in your new home.
